Of course you’re not ready.
Of course it’s unsettling and strange.
But don’t be fooled. Growing pains only feel like they’ll last forever.
However, when you realize that the transition is necessary in order for you to reach another exciting new phase, then it’s a little easier to handle.
Fighting it only makes it last longer or worse, keeps you at the same place.
You can get through this.
It’s part of the journey.
