I saw this display online for Library Lovers Month and thought it was a fun idea.

Here are some other ideas you might want to try:

If you don’t already have one, get a library card (in person or digitally).

Explore what’s on offer. Magazines, ebooks, print books, audiobooks, Don’t forget through various library apps you can stream movies, music, courses, documentaries. Learn something new, absolutely free!

Create a book-theme Valentines card.

Write a love letter to your favorite book (or book character).

Attend an event in person or virtual.

Create a reading challenge.

Reread a favorite book.

Create reading recipe for yourself. For example: 1 large (genre), a dash of (different format) mixed with (sharing, note taking, ) and a pinch of (something short).

Or 1 small (genre) 1 large (genre) add a hint of (activity) and serve.

Just have fun.

I know that a library can feel intimidating for some, a culture shock for others, overwhelming for a certain few. That’s okay. Just know there are many different ways to get valuable insight, great entertainment and, perhaps, learn a few things.
