While you may not agree with everything these authors have to say, these books may be an informative jumping off point to get you questioning assumptions and have your perceptions challenged or expanded to keep you sane in the crazy world of publishing.

Basically a book about change and ways to adapt (or the consequences of not doing so).

Learn from a poker player how to get comfortable with uncertainty.

Think Like a Rocket Scientist: Simple Strategies You Can Use to Make Giant Leaps in Work and Life  by Ozan Varol

An introduction to basic logic skills and mental models in an engaging way.
