How do you get rid of mind junk?

Those swirling thoughts, those relentless thoughts that clutter up and suffocate the tiny voice of wisdom, intuition, discernment and peace that needs to be heard?

Too often we focus on our environment, but don’t notice how much input our mind has to process.

We spend our days getting input from numerous sources. It’s very easy not to notice our mind getting cluttered with useless information.
